What we cannot help with
We are a comparison and referral service, not an internet provider. If your service is already installed and something is wrong with it — an outage, a billing dispute, a technician visit — your provider has to handle that directly. Call us anyway if you are not sure who to ask and we will point you the right way.
Before you call
Having your street address to hand makes this much faster, since availability and pricing differ street by street. If you are switching, your current monthly bill is useful too — it is the only reliable way to tell whether an offer is genuinely cheaper.
