FAQs when Moving
If you are transferring your service, make sure that you are moving to a place that is already wired with Spectrum. Simply select Enter New Address and one of our representatives will confirm with you the serviceability for that address. You will then need to bring your equipment over if serviceable and contact customer care to transfer your billing account to the new address.
If you new address is serviceable with Spectrum, you can simply reuse your current equipment.
Packages and pricing will stay the same as your current address, once you move the account to the new address. If you choose to make any changes to your account or packages you would need to contact one of our support teams.
The account can be transferred instantly over to the new address. However, if there is an active service at the new address we would need some form of proof of residency to disconnect the other account holder.
