Program Rules and Overview

  1. Referrer must be an existing Spectrum Broadband customer.
  2. Program is administered by Cable Concierge, an authorized retail partner of Spectrum.
  3. Employees of Spectrum, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the  Referral program.
  4. Eligible referrals are customers interested in signing up as a new Spectrum internet customer.
  5. Complete the referral form indicating customer is interested in internet services and include all required fields.
  6. Your referral will be contacted within 2 business days.
  7. Once Cable Concierge contacts the referred customer, closes the sale, and the service is in and working for 60 days, the referrer will receive a $25 Amazon eGift card.  You will receive notification via email when your referral has met the 60-day criteria and has been approved for an award.
  8. A maximum of $600 in referrals can be earned.
  9. EGift cards will take 1-2 business days to be received once all criteria have been met.
